The Branding Package is an add on benefit of TBBO (Tampa Bay Business Owner) and WWOTB (Working Women of Tampa Bay) membership and is a 3 month commitment and gives the sponsor tools and introductions to others that empower the partner and differentiate them from their competitors.  The partner will receive instant credibility by the on air appearances and the audio/video commercials plus social media management will give the partner daily brand recognition.  To be eligible for this package, membership in TBBO or Working Women of Tampa Bay is required, click below to apply!

The chart above is broken down into two sections, the top half is audio / radio promotions and the bottom half is the video promotions.  All shows go out over the airwaves on 1250 a.m. WHNZ and I also stream all shows live in studio which is the video portion.  The video stream is separate from the audio stream and can be used a bit differently to market my sponsors.  For example, when the show is on break during the top and bottom of the hour and also middle of the hour breaks, what you hear on a radio will be different from what you hear/see on the video if watching online.
 
Segment Sponsors - each hour has 4 segments and a segment sponsor is a live promotion read by the host at the start of the segment, think of it as a live commercial voiced by the host.  These can be changed as often as the sponsor wants and are approximately :30s in length.  This is not included with the Branding Package.
  
Audio Commercials - On the radio, these are audio commercials that air around the middle of each half hour.  They are :30s in length and can be voiced by either the sponsor, the host or professionally produced by the station and voice artist.  On the video, these are the same thing and run at the same time which is approximately at 7:15, 7:45, 8:15 and 8:45 a.m. each show.
 
Live Guest Appearances - These are the actual in studio (or via phone if unable to come in studio) appearances.  Each sponsor is given two monthly segments which is approximately 10 minutes to 12 minutes of actual talk time.  This is the same on both the radio and the video.  
 
Video Commercials - Since the video stream is separate from the radio, we can run video commercials that air during the top and bottom of the hour breaks.  We will work with you on producing a basic :60s video commercial that airs on the live stream during these breaks.
 
Video Ticker Promotions - While the streamcast is running, there is a scrolling marquee or ticker that runs along the bottom of the video screen.  Sponsors can run promotions on this ticker and change them as often as they want.  This is not included with the Branding Package.

 


Branding Package Includes

  1. Two live on air appearances each month at 10 minutes an appearance which equates to 6 over the 3 month period.
    1. Partner appearances will be alternated amongst other participant appearances to maximize networking value and will also be allowed to stay throughout entire show to meet other guests too.
    2. Partners are allowed in studio any morning during this period to meet other guests but depending on space may need to wait in meeting room or outside room during airtime
    3. Partner may substitute another guest in their place and agrees to give host at least 1 week notice for proper show promotion.
2. Audio Commercials for the partners will run during the breaks on the show – guaranteed at least 1 (:20s to :30s) ad per show depending on current partner count.   
    1. Partner must provide a written script for commercial production
    2. Partner may update the commercials as often as needed

3. Video Commercials for the partners will run during the breaks on the video stream – guaranteed at least 1 (:20s to :30s) ad per show depending on current partner count.

    1. Partner must set aside time to record video commercial or provide their own
    2. Partner may update the commercial as often as needed              

4. Post-Show Production Benefits will include:

    1. Videos will be edited down to just the partner’s primary interview portion and a video intro added to the start of the video.  The video intro will be the same on each video and will be provided to you for use with other videos you produce to help create your brand.
    2. Partners will receive a press release sent out after each on air appearance                    

Online & Social Media Benefits:                        

  1. Partners will be added to TampaBayRadio.Com under the Preferred Providers Page and a link to their videos will be included on the site when people click on their showcards.
    1. Partners will also be added to the Home Page of TampaBayRadio.Com as a Partner to the show.  The showcards of all Partners cycle on the homepage as a slideshow of photos.
  2. #ThatBusinessShow Facebook Fan Page – Partners will have posting rights to the page as a user of the page. 
  3. YouTube – We will create and optimize a YouTube Channel for you and place your show videos on the page.  If you have a page already, we can manage this if given access or you can manage on your own.
    1. A Robust description of your video will be added to the description field.  
    2. Rapport24/7, an app for short video testimonials and content, will also be employed by us in studio and those videos will be provided to you for use on your YouTube Channel as well. 
  4. Facebook – We will create a Facebook Fan Page for your business or can utilize your existing page.  We will provide two posts per business day for the page.  If you choose to control the posting time, we will provide the posts to you in an Excel spreadsheet so you can use at your discretion.
    1. Host will develop a Hashtag (#) campaign for your business and promote this in each post.
    2. Option to post on Partners personal Facebook page will also be done by host if Partner chooses to allow access. 
  5. Twitter – We will create or use your existing Twitter profile to send out two tweets per business day on your behalf.  If partner chooses, we will provide the posts in an Excel spreadsheet so the partner can post at their own discretion too. 
    1. Host will develop a Hashtag (#) campaign for Partners business and promote this in each post.
  6. Other social media management is available and partner must discuss with host prior to execution of this agreement.  Any additional social media management will be explained in an addendum.
                           Additional Benefits:     
  1.   Partners will be provided a personal photo shoot with Rick Tauceda to 
  2.   include a new professional headshot.  This is in addition to the standard in   studio photography provided by Rick Tauceda each morning.                   
2. The host will make any introduction the Partner requests via email or in
       person if possible and host will connect Partner with other guests and contacts
